Allergen Policy
In our home kitchen, it is inevitable that nearly all allergens are present. Whether this be in the final dish or traces due to the manufacturing process, they will be present. We do everything that we can to keep allergens separate within the kitchen and in storage, however there is still a chance of traces in an open environment as allergens are present on the premises.
We state any allergens present in your meal that have been notified by our suppliers on the menu (above) available on our website and social media. Along with your delivery or collection, there will also be a confirmation of the dish and any allergens contained within. If you have any minor allergies, please make sure you state this in your dietary profile upon registration. If you suffer from life threatening allergies, we do not recommend that you purchase meals with us. If you or someone you are purchasing this subscription for has a severe allergy, please contact us on 078 6200 1601 or kitty@imperfectcreativecooking.com before you subscribe.
Hygiene and safety Policy
Our kitchen follows food safety management procedures based on HACCP principles. We are currently awaiting our inspection from Ealing Council and the Food Standards Agency:
Reusable stainless steel food grade tiffin and bento boxes are dishwasher safe. These will be cleaned again after we receive them from customers to ensure the highest level of cleanliness before next use.
